Since training with Simon (6 weeks now) I have felt the fittest and strongest since I can remember, and I'm finally losing the fat that I have carried for too many years. In just the first 2weeks I lost 2kg of body fat (and still losing) and gained 1kg of muscle (still gaining!), these results were measured on an inbody machine which measure's body composition, and I now have the highest fitness score I have ever had. I feel so much more energised to get on with day to day tasks, like getting things done around the house and on the tennis court.
The 2 sessions I have with Simon a week are very challenging, yet fun and so rewarding. He pushes me to my limit, but not beyond them, so that I feel satisfied when I complete (well almost) all of my sets. On the occasions when a rep or set is getting difficult to finish, Simon is full of encouragement to help me complete it. This is exactly what I want as it's the quality and intensity of the workouts that gets great results, not quantity.
The workouts themselves are always enjoyable and well worked out. Simon must spend a lot of time in the background preparing my workouts and they are detailed to exact weights, number of reps and sets, so that I'm always progressing from workout to workout. He also keeps the workouts changing from week to week which keeps them interesting and, more importantly, stops my body from getting used to doing the same exercise's and adapting to them which can cause stagnation in results.
Simon clearly has great knowledge on a large array of exercise's and what they do for the body, whether its to gain muscle, lose fat or just get fitter and he can tailor workouts to suit anyone's needs. This is why I'm also encouraging my wife to do some sessions with Simon too. Simon also has great knowledge of nutrition and has been helping me to eat better not only to help with workouts, but also from day to day. On top of all this Simon is very friendly and offers great encouragement, not only during workouts, but also by email and text.
I've had personal trainers before, but Simon is by far the best I've had and could hope for. I do everything I can not to miss a workout with Simon because they are so enjoyable and above all are having amazing results and it's so satisfying to see, and feel the changes in my body from week to week.
