Group training is a very popular way of training. Training with friends can prove to be more motivational for some people, and can also generate some competition between the group meaning you push yourself harder. I can offer group training sessions within sports teams, groups of friends, in your work place or who ever you would like to train with. Training outside in local parks and big open spaces is also a very popular way to train at the moment and is great fun.

I currently teach a functional training circuit class at Beechdown Health Club in Basingstoke on a Wednesday night 6:15-7:15, if you are a member why not come along.
